Maintenance Request
If you need to request maintenance for an individual room or common area, please submit your request using our form below. Most work orders will be responded to within a week.
If you do not get a response to your request or if you have problems with your request, please call the Housing and Residence Life Office at 852-6636 during normal business hours. You can also send an email with any concerns or questions you have about the maintenance program or the housekeeping services to Ms. Cunningham.
Residence Hall Maintenance is provided through a combination of University Physical Plant staff and Student Facility Assistants.
The residence halls are cleaned on a daily basis by Southeast Service Corporation.
